Sylvia Clemons is an ordained UPCI minister, a licensed professional counselor and chemical dependency counselor in San Antonio, Texas. Rev. Clemons is on the administrative and teaching staff at Hope Center Church, pastored by Rev. Nathan Scoggins. She also maintains a private counseling practice, as well as a ministry of traveling and teaching in apostolic churches around the country and overseas. She is an Associated Minister with the Global Missions Department of the UPCI, providing training and ministry to missionaries and their constituents abroad. Rev. Clemons has been a counselor, speaker, and trainer since 1981, and has had experience working as a clinician and administrator in both non-profit agency and for-profit, corporate settings prior to beginning private practice in 1988. She has had articles published in numerous venues.
